Major Panic in Fethiye as Tour Boat Catches Fire: Hundreds Forced to Jump into the Sea

A sudden fire broke out on a tour boat in Fethiye, Muğla. The incident occurred during a daily blue cruise tour in the area. A total of 107 people, including children, were forced to jump into the sea wearing life jackets to save their lives.The fire started on the boat due to an unknown reason and quickly spread throughout the vessel. Following the alert, teams from the Coast Guard, Maritime Safety Administration, and marine police were dispatched to the scene. With the help of these teams, the evacuation of 107 people was carried out. Efforts to extinguish the fire are ongoing.
