Building Collapse in Esenyurt Causes Panic, No Casualties Reported

In Istanbul's Esenyurt district, a building under demolition as part of urban renewal suddenly collapsed onto a neighboring apartment building. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but significant material damage occurred to the adjacent building.The incident in Hürriyet Mahallesi happened during the demolition of a 4-story building, which unexpectedly toppled over onto a nearby 3-story apartment building. As a result, several walls on the second and third floors of the apartment building were destroyed.Emergency services, including fire departments, police, and municipal law enforcement, were dispatched to the scene.
