Massive Penalty for Drivers in Erzurum After Traffic Accident

A traffic accident occurred on Tortum Yolu Caddesi in Erzurum, resulting in the injury of 3 people. Following the accident, one of the drivers physically assaulted the other. The injured drivers received immediate medical attention. Driver Ö.F.Y. was fined 180,000 lira for 'deliberately following another vehicle in traffic or getting out of the vehicle for this purpose' after physically attacking driver A.F.A. after the accident. Additionally, Ö.F.Y.'s license was suspended for 2 months, and the vehicle was banned from traffic for 60 days. The injured, S.Y., P.Y., and İ.D., along with the assaulted A.F.A., were treated. Authorities emphasized that physical violence against drivers is never acceptable.
