Heavy Fines for Drivers Who Created a Wedding Convoy

In Istanbul's Pendik district, 6 drivers who created a wedding convoy and violated traffic rules were fined approximately 300,000 lira.The Istanbul Police Department took action after receiving complaints about drivers using their vehicles in a group, endangering traffic on Güzelyalı Sahil Bulvarı.The identities of the drivers were determined from their license plate information and they were caught by the police.The drivers were fined a total of 289,986 lira for violating the 'Highway Traffic Law'.
