Turkish Foreign Minister Holds Important Meeting

As part of the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with his US counterpart, Marco Rubio, in Ankara. According to diplomatic sources, the meeting covered topics such as strengthening cooperation between NATO allies. Previously, Foreign Minister Fidan had also received US Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Co-Chair of the NATO Observer Group and Senior Member of the Foreign Relations Committee, as well as Senators Christopher Coons, Dick Durbin, and Mike Rounds, and US House of Representatives member Mike Turner in Ankara. Fidan continues to strengthen diplomatic relations through various meetings during the 36th NATO Summit.
