Foreign Minister Fidan's Critical Statement: Turkey in Coordination with Qatar

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, in an interview with Qatar TV, emphasized the need for an immediate return to the agreement between the US and Iran to resolve the crisis. Fidan highlighted the close relationship between Qatar and Turkey, stating that the foundation of their strategic partnership was laid during the tenure of the late Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

Qatar is using all constructive techniques to resolve the crisis. Turkey is also in close coordination with Qatar, as both Qatar's security and regional stability are in Turkey's interest.

Regarding developments in the Gulf region, Fidan noted that countries, particularly Qatar, have made significant progress over the years. Turkey will continue to work in coordination with Qatar.

The late Sheikh Hamad was a visionary leader not only for Qatar but also for the Islamic world and the world at large. He made significant constructive contributions.
