46 SUP Athletes Adrift at Sea Rescued by Coast Guard

In the waters off Antalya's Muratpaşa district, 46 people engaged in stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) were swept away by the sea current. Upon receiving the distress call, Coast Guard teams dispatched two boats to the area. According to the Coast Guard Command, the teams successfully brought the adrift athletes to shore safely. It was reported that no adverse incidents occurred during the rescue.With the athletes rescued, the risk of drifting at sea was mitigated. The timely intervention of the Coast Guard ensured the athletes' safety.
