Covert Alcohol Operation at Sea: Over 8,600 Bottles and 502 Liters of Ethanol Seized

A series of operations were carried out in İzmir, involving searches on a boat coming from Chios to Çeşme and a warehouse. As a result, 8,603 bottles of smuggled alcohol and 502 liters of ethanol were seized. Two suspects were detained during the operation, and legal proceedings were initiated. The teams from the İzmir Provincial Police Department's Smuggling Crimes Combat Branch conducted an operation to prevent the trade of smuggled alcohol.
