Turkey's 'No Terrorism' Process Relies on President Erdogan's Leadership

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized that the 'No Terrorism' process has reached its final stage. Justice Minister Akın Gürlek presented the details of the bill and underlined that this regulation is a step specific to the dissolution of the PKK. Minister Gürlek emphasized that other terrorist organizations, primarily FETÖ, will not be able to benefit from this law through equal treatment appeals to the Constitutional Court, and that measures have been taken. It was stated that Abdullah Öcalan and Selahattin Demirtaş will not be able to benefit from the current legal arrangement. Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin pointed out that President Erdogan is the architect of this process. The ability of President Erdogan to prepare the internal and external conjuncture was highlighted. It was also stated that MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, Speaker of the Parliament Numan Kurtulmuş, and MIT Chairman Ibrahim Kalın have also taken on a historic responsibility in the process.
