China Responds to US Election Interference Allegations

China's Foreign Ministry has strongly denied allegations of interfering in US elections. During a press conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian emphasized that China has consistently adhered to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries. Lin stated that China has no interest in interfering in US elections, describing such allegations as 'completely baseless'. Lin noted that the international community is well aware of which country interferes in the internal affairs of others and engages in global data espionage activities. He criticized the US administration, saying 'We urge the American side to reflect on themselves, stop smearing China without reason, and take concrete steps to contribute to China-US relations'.
