CHP's Fight for the Future Continues

CHP's group meeting speaker Özgür Özel emphasized that they are fighting to take back their party. Özel stated, 'We will not give up. However, if the occupation continues, we will not leave this nation without options.'Özel mentioned that after the occupation attempt against their party, they did not stay in Ankara and instead met with their people in 15 cities. 'We are embracing our nation, village by village, town by town, city by city. We are knitting a politics that is not submissive, according to the nation's calculations, thread by thread with our nation.'Özel noted that the attacks they face are aimed at stopping their march and that everyone should contribute to getting the CHP out of its current situation. 'The plan was to split the CHP in half like a watermelon. Instead of the expected 50/50 split, they saw 99% to 1%. And that 1% is just the stem of the watermelon.'Özel concluded by stating that they are fighting to reclaim their party and are on the side of the nation, with their path being the path to power.
