US Aircraft and Personnel Depart Bulgaria

Bulgarian Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov announced that all US military aircraft and technical personnel have left the country.The decision extended the stay of the aircraft and personnel until June 30. Accordingly, all US military aircraft stationed at Sofia's Vasil Levski Airport have now departed Bulgaria.Stoyanov stated that the mission of US aircraft in Bulgaria has ended. The Bulgarian government had previously extended the stay of 15 US military aircraft and 500 technical personnel until June 30.
