Ukrainian Soldiers Identified in Attack on Bus Carrying Children in Bryansk

The Russian Investigative Committee has identified the Ukrainian soldiers responsible for the attack on a bus carrying children in Bryansk. The attack was a drone strike on a bus transporting a Belarusian children's football team.
Russian Investigative Committee Spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko provided information on the perpetrators of the attack. Petrenko stated that the roles of Ukrainian Armed Forces Drone Commander Robert Brovdi and Ukrainian Defense Ministry Chief Intelligence Directorate Head Oleg Ivaschenko in the attack had been identified. These individuals managed the target designation process and gave illegal orders for attacks on civilian vehicles on Russian territory.
Petrenko noted that the perpetrators of the attack included Dmitry Tkachenko from the 'Himer' drone unit, Igor Zhukov from the 'Shkval' rapid response unit, and Vladislav Naum from the Special Operations Center of the Navy.
An arrest warrant has been issued for the Ukrainian military personnel involved in the bus attack near Bryansk, and a case has been opened on charges of terrorist attack. Russian investigators continue to work to identify other accomplices involved in the attack.
