They Paid 140,000 Liras for White Goods: The Store Disappeared, Products Did Not Arrive

Some people in Antalya, Turkey, claim that they did not receive the white goods they purchased from a store. The complainants stated that they bought the products about 1.5 years ago and paid the money in advance. However, they could not contact the store officials and the products were not delivered. Retired non-commissioned officer Ozan Esen said that he bought white goods worth 140,000 liras about 1.5 years ago and paid the installments in advance. It was said that the products would be kept in the depot, but when he tried to pick them up about 2 months ago, he learned that the store had gone bankrupt. Another victim, Tunahan Savran, paid 138,000 liras and wanted to complete his payments before marriage. However, when he went to pick up the products, he saw that the store was closed. Lawyer Sena Çokçevik stated that they have started a legal struggle for 7 people and have filed a criminal complaint with the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. They complained about the company officials and will continue their legal struggle.
