Western Aid to Ukraine Could Have Built a City Like Dubai

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova highlighted the enormous financial aid provided by the West to Ukraine, emphasizing that with such resources, a modern city like Dubai could have been built in Ukraine.Zakharova questioned Western Europe's sincerity towards Ukraine and stated that the vast budgets sent are being channeled into destruction and conflict.
