Bahçeli: Demirtaş Should Return Home, Öcalan Should Have Hope

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli made evaluations on recent developments. Bahçeli stated, "86 million will win. I thank our President and the Speaker of the Parliament. I ask about Demirtaş's condition. Öcalan should have hope, Ahmetlers should be on duty, and Demirtaş should return home." The MHP leader said, "This project is a state project. Our Parliament has taken the necessary initiative on this issue. Our state is carrying out the necessary work. We will all follow this process together." Bahçeli said, "Sometimes they ask us; why don't you mention the 'Turkey Without Terrorism' process in your recent group speeches? ... We obey state etiquette. Our President is closely following the process. Our Speaker of the Parliament is also dealing with the issue. We support them. It is not right to get ahead of the work they are doing." In response to the question "What do you think about Selahattin Demirtaş?", Bahçeli said, "I did not visit Selahattin Demirtaş. But I regularly talk to his lawyers and ask about his condition. He also conveys his greetings to me. We have a good relationship. I also ask if he has any requests or wishes."
