Large Fire Breaks Out in Agricultural Area in Aydın: 20 Houses Evacuated

A fire broke out in the agricultural area of Bozdoğan district in Aydın, resulting in the evacuation of 20 houses in Yazıkent Mahallesi as a precautionary measure. The fire, whose cause has not been determined, started in the Yazıköy area. Teams from the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department and the Forestry Department were dispatched to the scene to combat the fire. The firefighting efforts are being supported by 6 planes, 8 helicopters, and numerous ground teams. During the firefighting operation, one of the firefighting vehicles was damaged.
