Two tourists have been detained in Ayasofya for reading the Bible aloud.
On July 14, the Istanbul Police Department took action after detecting loud Bible reading in the visitation section of the Ayasofya-i Kebir Mosque.
The police went to the area and caught two individuals, I.F (32) and V.F (36), who had come to Turkey for tourism purposes.
