Turkey Brings Back Crime Boss Serkan Kurtuluş from Argentina

The Ministry of Interior announced that the leader of an organized crime group, Serkan Kurtuluş, has been brought back to Turkey from Argentina. The Ministry stated that 'no matter where they hide, organized crime groups cannot escape from our state.' The operation was carried out in coordination with the Interpol Europol Department of the General Directorate of Security, KOM, and Intelligence Departments, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Justice. Serkan Kurtuluş was wanted with a red notice for crimes including 'Deliberate Murder, Intentional Murder, Establishing an Organization for the Purpose of Committing a Crime, Providing Benefit to a Criminal Organization through Multiple Persons with Firearms, and Repeatedly Threatening by Using the Intimidating Power of a Criminal Organization.'
