Anthony Hopkins Embarks on New Music Journey at 88

Renowned actor Anthony Hopkins has begun a new chapter in his music career at the age of 88. Having signed with Decca Classics, Hopkins released his first single, 'Bracken Road'.Anthony Hopkins is a two-time Oscar winner known for films like 'The Silence of the Lambs', 'Hannibal', 'The Father', and 'The Red Dragon'. Hopkins signed a recording deal with Decca Classics to release his classical music works.The first single from his new album, 'Bracken Road', is a piece selected from his 1947 Solo Piano and Orchestra Suite. This work is inspired by Hopkins' childhood memories in the Margam region of South Wales.Hopkins described the place of music in his life as follows:

Music was my first love, my first passion. I've been composing all my life. Some pieces have been with me for decades, and I still return to them.

Anthony Hopkins' new album, 'Life Is a Dream', is set to be released on August 21. The album will be conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, with the Philharmonia Orchestra performing the works.
