Rainfall in Ankara Causes Road Collapse, Puts Vehicle at Risk

A downpour in Ankara has caused water accumulation in parts of the city. In Mamak, a road collapse occurred, and a car fell into the resulting hole. The rain, which started in the evening, intensified in the morning and quickly turned into a thunderstorm, leading to water accumulation on some streets and roads. Vehicles had difficulty moving forward due to the water. In Mamak's Mutlu Caddesi, the road collapsed due to the rain, and a vehicle fell into the hole. Meanwhile, damage to the asphalt was also seen on İmam Alim Sultan Caddesi. It is expected that the intermittent rainfall in the capital will continue throughout the day.
