NATO Summit in Ankara: Mark Rutte Announces New Projects

At the Defense Industry Forum held as part of the summit, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced the alliance's new defense projects.Rutte stated that they have a new platform that will enhance the alliance's air power, which is crucial for defense.Among today's announcements, several allies will officially declare their participation in the 10th Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft in the Multinational Multi-Role Tanker Transport Fleet, according to Rutte, bringing them closer to a total of 12 Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft.Rutte also mentioned that the allies have launched a new multinational project focusing on the Airbus A400M aircraft, which will provide a strategic air transport capacity worldwide.
