Americans Struggle to Meet Basic Needs

A recent public opinion survey in the US has revealed that millions of people are struggling with daily life due to financial difficulties. The majority of respondents found it hard to afford basic necessities like groceries and gas.
The research showed that despite strong economic indicators in the US, a significant portion of the population is feeling severe financial pressure in their daily lives. Rising food prices, fuel costs, inflation, and debt burdens are causing millions of Americans to have a more pessimistic view of their economic future.
According to the survey, 57% of Americans believe the economy is getting worse, up from 46% in the previous survey. On the other hand, the percentage of people who think the economy is improving dropped from 28% to 16%.
Respondents were not only more pessimistic about the country's economy but also about their own financial situation. More people reported that their financial security had weakened and their purchasing power had decreased in recent months.
