Refusing to Use a Breathalyzer Proves Costly: $19,200 Fine

In Bursa's İnegöl district, a triporteur driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol refused to use a breathalyzer despite being persuaded for about half an hour. The driver's actions, combined with driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle, resulted in a total administrative fine of $19,200. The incident occurred on Mimar Sinan Boulevard in the Kemalpaşa neighborhood.
