Family Doctor Found Dead in Guesthouse

A family doctor, Ahmet Güneri, was found dead in his room at a guesthouse in Şanlıurfa's Haliliye district. After losing contact with Güneri, who was staying at a union-owned guesthouse in Paşabağı Mahallesi, an alert was raised with the 112 Emergency Call Center. Medical teams determined that the 34-year-old doctor had lost his life during their examination. Following the investigation by the scene examination teams and the prosecutor, Güneri's body was taken to the Şanlıurfa Forensic Medicine Institution morgue to determine the exact cause of death. The police investigation is ongoing.
