Minister of Justice Gürlek: We Are Determined Against Crime Organizations

Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek made significant statements regarding the Terörsüz Türkiye process.

Minister Gürlek emphasized the need to combat drug trafficking, migrant smuggling, human trafficking, arms smuggling, money laundering, and organized crime. He also noted that crime organizations use digital platforms, crypto assets, front companies, illegal payment systems, and international financial networks.Following the publication of the 12th Judicial Package in the Official Gazette last week, Minister Gürlek stated that a new page has been opened for peace and security. Minister Gürlek noted that the people of Iğdır have suffered greatly from terrorism and that the region is on the verge of overcoming the terrorist threat that has plagued it for over 40 years.
