US Javelin Missile Stock Depleted Due to Ukraine Aid

The US Army's stock of Javelin anti-tank missiles provided to Ukraine is expected to take at least until 2030 to replenish. According to the Pentagon's budget documents, the US Army ordered 9,374 Javelin missiles between 2022 and 2025. However, the delivery of these missiles is expected to take years. The delivery of a 944-missile batch financed in 2024 is scheduled to begin in August 2030. A similar delay is also occurring with the launch systems. The delivery of 50 command-launch units is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
