US Attack on Iran Results in Casualties

The US attack on Iran early in the morning has resulted in the loss of life of 1 security personnel and injury of 4 others in the city of Mahshahr in the Khuzestan province. According to the Deputy Governor of Khuzestan, Veliyullah Hayati, one of the munitions used by the US hit the agricultural water pumping station in Mahshahr, killing 1 security personnel and injuring 4.The US Central Command (CENTCOM) had announced that it had launched new attacks after midnight to weaken Iran's ability to attack commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Following this announcement, explosions were heard in the Iranian cities of Bandar Abbas, Sirik, and Jask, as well as the island of Qeshm. The Iranian military has launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on enemy bases in response to the US attacks.
