US President Trump Makes Statement on Syria

US President Donald Trump met with Syrian Interim President Ahmed Shara on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Ankara, making significant statements. Trump expressed his expectations that Syria will be removed from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.The meeting between Trump and Ahmed Shara was also attended by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. After the meeting, Trump hinted at the possibility of Syria being removed from the terror list and mentioned the possibility of help regarding Hezbollah in Lebanon.
