84-Year-Old Holding's Conciliation Period Extended

The conciliation period for companies operating in the energy, electricity production, chemistry, and petroleum sectors and their affiliated holding company has been extended. The decision was made by the Istanbul 19th Commercial Court of First Instance, and the conciliation process for the companies will continue. The conciliation process will proceed if the application is deemed appropriate for companies that have applied for conciliation as a last resort before bankruptcy.The conciliation period for companies affiliated with Zülfikarlar Holding, which entered the trade life with the chemistry sector in 1942, has been extended. The conciliation period for İsfendiyar Zülfikari, Akça Kimyevi Maddeler Nakliyat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., Berke Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., Tesla Enerji Elektrik Üretim Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., TP Petrol Dağıtım A.Ş., Zülfikarlar Holding A.Ş., and Zülfikarlar Kimyevi Maddeler İthalat İhracat ve Depoculuk A.Ş. has been extended until April 13, 2027. During this period, the company's debt payments will be suspended, and checks will not be drawn.
