2026 KPSS License Applications Have Started

The application process for the 2026 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) license has begun. The exam, organized by the Measurement, Selection, and Placement Center (ÖSYM), can be applied for online.According to the announcement on ÖSYM's website, the 2026-KPSS License General Ability-General Culture session will take place on September 6, and the Field Knowledge sessions will take place on September 12-13. The Religious Services Field Knowledge Test (DHBT) for those who want to work in religious services at the Presidency of Religious Affairs will be held on November 1.Applications for the General Ability-General Culture session and Field Knowledge sessions will be accepted between July 1-13, and applications for DHBT will be accepted between September 22-30. Candidates can apply through ÖSYM Application Centers, ÖSYM's 'ais.osym.gov.tr' website, or the ÖSYM Candidate Operations mobile app. It is mandatory for all candidates to attend the General Ability-General Culture session on September 6.
