July 1 Deadline for E-Invoice and E-Archive System Transition

Entities with a turnover of 3 million lira and above in 2025 must transition to the e-invoice and e-archive system by July 1. TÜRMOB President İrfan Hüseyin Yıldız emphasized that non-compliant entities may face significant penalties. The obligation to transition to the e-invoice and e-archive application is not limited to the turnover criterion, but also applies to entities operating in specific sectors.Yıldız stated that entities must apply to privately authorized integration companies authorized by the Revenue Administration to complete the transition process on time. He also warned entities that continue to issue paper invoices despite being under the obligation: "There are matters that entities must pay attention to. If paper invoices are continued to be issued despite the obligation, entities are imposed with special irregularity penalties according to the Tax Procedure Law."
