Landmark Decision for Employment Contracts: Signature and Stamp Requirement

The 9th Chamber of the Court of Cassation made a significant ruling regarding employment contracts. The High Court stated that for a contract to be considered valid, it is not necessary for each page to be signed separately.
An agreement was reached between a company and a worker on salary and the sale of a part of the factory, and an employment contract was signed. However, the worker, who claimed that the independent section was not transferred despite the contract, applied to the judiciary.
The defendant company argued that the sale was invalid because the company official's signature and stamp were not on all pages of the contract. The court ruled that the sale was canceled because there was no signature on each page of the contract.
